About the role
Responsible for repairing and maintaining vehicles in the automotive body shop. Duties include collision repair, painting, and detailing.
Responsibilities
- Assess vehicle damage and determine appropriate repair methods
- Perform collision repair using various techniques and tools
- Paint and detail vehicles to factory specifications
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to quality control standards
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- At least 2 years of related experience in automotive repair
- Proficiency with hand tools and power equipment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Knowledge of automotive body repair processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Skills
- AutoCAD or similar drafting software
- Experience with spray guns and painting equipment
- Understanding of automotive paint chemistry

Pay
