Job Objective

To perform all phases of automotive body repair and painting. This position is designated as a safety/security sensitive position and is subject to random drug and alcohol screening.

Minimum Qualifications

These knowledge, skills, and abilities are usually, although not always, acquired through completion of vocational/technical training in auto body repair/painting and three (3) years experience in auto body repair/painting. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.

Additional Requirements

  • Must possess a valid Arkansas Class D (Non-Commercial Vehicle) Driver's License before employment and maintain licensure for the duration of employment in this position.
  • Must be available to work nights, holidays, and weekends and respond to emergency calls as required.

  • CIGNA Health Plans: Four plans to choose from: Base Plan; Buy-up 1 Plan, Buy-up 2 Plan or High Deductible Health Plan. Monthly premiums vary by plan and coverage tier (Employee Only, Employee + Spouse, Employee + Child(ren), Family).
  • Delta Dental Insurance: Base Plan and High Plan available. Biweekly premiums range from $0 (Employee Only, Base Plan) to $44.38 (Family, High Plan).
  • Vision (VSP): $0 deductible; $10 co-pay for well vision exam (once every 12 months); $50 co-pay for materials; $150 allowance for frames (once every 24 months) or elective contact lens allowance of $105; necessary contact lens allowance of $210 (once every 12 months). Employee Only premium: $0.00; Family premium: $1.00 per pay period.
  • Life Insurance: Basic Life Benefit is 2x your salary (3x for Mid Managers and above). Premium is 100% paid by the employer.
  • Accidental Death & Dismemberment: Benefit is 1x your annual salary rounded to the next thousand of coverage.
  • Long Term Disability: 60% of salary continuance after 6-month elimination period.

Retirement Pension

  • All full time, non-uniform employees shall be required to participate immediately upon employment in the 2014 Defined Benefit Plan. Employee contribution: 4.5% of salary; Employer contribution: 9% of salary.

Longevity Pay

  • $4.00 for each year of service up to and including the fifth (5th) year.
  • $7.00 per year for the sixth (6th) year of service and each additional year thereafter.

Leave

  • Vacation Leave: Up to 3 years: 10 days annual accrual; 3 to 10 years: 15 days; 10 to 20 years: 19 days; 20 years and over: 23 days.
  • Sick Leave: 12 days annually.
  • Funeral Leave: 3 days for an immediate family member; 4 days if the funeral is out-of-state.
