- Processing extended warranty contracts
- Managing accounting schedules
- Other general associated duties assigned by management
- Billing New and Used Car Deals
- Submitting Motor Vehicle paperwork to complete registration(s)
- Plating
- Policing book
- Stocking in new and used cars, auction cars
- Posting DMV checks
- Title correction
- Out of state plates motor vehicle
- Duplicate titles
- Help braking deals down for banks
Requirements
- Previous Automobile Finance experience required
- Proven track record in running an automobile billing
- Strong work ethic, telephone and customer handling skills
- Strong follow up skills
- Positive attitude
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
- Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures
