Automotive Apprentice Technician | Weekends Off | Lakeville/Savage

Responsibilities

• Work side by side with a certified Automotive Technician and will learn to repair engines, steering and suspension, automotive HVAC systems, and much more
• Build experience and skills as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles
• Perform routine maintenance procedures including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid flushes, etc.
• Perform honest, clear, and complete multi-point vehicle inspections in service to our guests
• Work as part of a team to solve technical problems quickly and effectively
• Use your skills to get vehicles ready for our customers, ensuring they are safe and reliable
• Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization
• Work together with other technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver great results

Qualifications

• A strong motivation to become a Master Automotive Technician
• Attending an Automotive Program or recent graduate preferred
• 1-2 years experience at an automotive shop or Quick Lube Operation
• Show a high level of interest, willingness to learn, and embraces new ideas
• Show good communication skills and strong attention to detail
• Show a self-motivated and positive attitude
• Show a valid driver’s license
