Automotive Aftermarket Sales Consultant

Position Description

The Aftermarket Sales Consultant is well versed in automotive selling aftermarket parts while providing excellent customer service.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Join our team and help create a fun and exciting atmosphere while selling and customizing vehicles with automotive accessories in a car dealership setting, all while enjoying a competitive salary plus commission pay structure.
• No experience necessary! We will provide training to help you succeed in this role.
• Met or exceed sales goals for automotive accessories and vehicle customization services while earning a competitive base salary plus commission on sales.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with dealership customers and help them personalize their vehicle to their taste, all with a flexible work schedule.
• Learn about the latest product information and market trends to effectively educate customers on available automotive accessories and customization options.
• Aid customers in selecting the best accessories and customizations to meet their needs and enhance their vehicle.
• Process sales transactions and handle customer payments for both accessories and customization services in accordance with dealership policies.
• Cook up with the dealership's inventory management team to ensure proper inventory levels and restock automotive accessories as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction with their purchase and dealership experience.
• Attend product training sessions and sales meetings as required by the dealership management, all while having fun and working in a dynamic team environment.
• Must be outgoing and people-oriented.
