Primary Responsibilities
- Process vehicle deals and funding packets
- Filer vehicle sales paperwork into deal jackets
- Prepare and maintain trade-in vehicle jackets
- Follow up on lien payoffs to ensure timely title returns
- Issue stock numbers for new vehicle invoices
- Prepare key tags, window tags, and vehicle folders
- Scan warranty repair orders, parts invoices, and repair orders into the DMS system
- Reconcile daily deposits and petty cash
- Maintain organized office files and records
- Communicate with Sales, Service, and Parts departments to ensure accurate paperwork completion
- Participate in cross-training and support general office operations as needed
Qualifications
- A high school diploma required; an associate’s degree preferred
- Two years of automotive, power sports, RV, or motorcycle dealership experience preferred
- Experience with dealership management systems (CDK or similar) preferred
- A strong understanding of basic accounting principles, including debits, credits, reconciliations, and general ledger flow
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, or similar productivity platforms
