About the role
Penske Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Accounting Manager to support and lead the accounting department. This role reports directly to the Controller and is responsible for the effective operation of the accounting office.
Responsibilities
- Process and generate financial data for all dealership departments
- Ensure accurate representation of the business office’s financial condition
- Lead and manage the accounting office
- Provide strong leadership and communication skills
Requirements
- 1-2 years of accounting experience within the automotive industry
- Genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience
- Friendly, enthusiastic, reliable, and positive attitude
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Strong mathematical, analytical, and computer skills relevant to an Accounting Manager position
