What You'll Be Doing

• Provide administrative support to the office staff as needed
• Aid in the filing of paperwork and documents as requested by the Office Manager
• Verify the accuracy of documents
• Prepare and mail accounts payable checks
• Perform other accounting duties as assigned
• Provide backup to other staff as necessary and as directed by the direct supervisor

What You'll Need

• One year of experience in a dealership position is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software products is highly preferred
• Willingness and desire to learn
• The ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
• Must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent, higher education preferred
