Automotive Accounting Clerk (dealership experience required)

Job Type: Full Time Pay: $25-30/hr Responsibilities Accounts Payable & Receivable: Code and post vendor invoices, issue checks, post receipts, and manage customer accounts.Cash & Sales Reconciliation: Balance cash drawers, process credit card settlements, reconcile bank deposits, and post sales schedules.Schedule Reconciliation: Maintain and clear assigned accounting schedules (trade-in payoffs, factory receivables, inventory).General Ledger & Month-End: Assist with monthly journal entries, schedule postings, and month-end financial closing preparation.Administrative Support: Maintain accurate financial records, address vendor inquiries, and support the Controller with administrative projects.
