Automotive Accessory Technician

About the role

Autoplex Restyling Centers is seeking an experienced Automotive Accessory Technician to join our growing team. This position focuses on aftermarket truck and SUV accessories, suspension upgrades, and off-road installations.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with:

• Lift and leveling kits
• Suspension systems
• Alignments
• Wheels and tires
• Tire mounting and balancing
• Topper and tonneau cover installs
• 12-volt wiring and accessory installs
• Hitches, bumpers, steps/nerf bars, and fender flares
• General aftermarket accessory installation

Requirements

• Detail oriented with strong mechanical aptitude
• Experience with aftermarket automotive accessories, suspension, and truck equipment preferred
• Practices safety, ownership, and respect when working on and around customer vehicles
• Clean and professional appearance
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate in English
• Exercises good judgment and problem-solving skills
• Works well with coworkers, management, and customers
• Takes direction, coaching, and constructive feedback professionally
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable
• Motivated to learn and grow within the company

Pay

Pay depends on experience (DOE). Our technicians are highly compensated through a flag-rate pay structure similar to automotive mechanic book time. The more skilled and efficient you become, the more you can earn. Our compensation is among the highest in the aftermarket industry.

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (no weekends).
