Automotive Accessories Coordinator

About the role

Dan Wolf Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Accessories Coordinator to bring energy, precision, and a results-driven mindset to our Aftermarket Department. In this role, you’ll coordinate vehicle accessory installments, ensuring seamless execution and top-tier customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Work with both Service and Aftermarket departments to ensure quality control of delivered vehicles.
• Organize different installations and schedule repairs for Aftermarket vendors.
• Assist guests with ECP repairs and ensure no-show customers receive callback reminders to reschedule appointments.
• Provide excellent customer updates and maintain strong communication.
• Assist the Accessories Manager in retrieving RO information for monthly reports.
• Write up guests upon arrival and coordinate loaner vehicle assignments.
• Assist Service/Sales customers with loaner vehicles.
• Close out work orders and distribute copies for month-end reports.
• Create opportunities to sell Accessory Packages.
• Deliver vehicles to guests with full explanations of work, installation, and any questions they may have.

Requirements

• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the workday.
• Sales experience or background.
• Outgoing and friendly personality, especially when handling objections.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Persistent, competitive, and possess a strong work ethic.
• Focus on customer needs to enhance dealership and personal sales.
• Computer literate with basic math skills.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Pay

$21.00 per hour plus spiffs and bonuses.

Schedule

Monday - Friday with open availability preferred.
