About the role

The client is seeking a visionary Automation Workflow Lead to architect next-generation process orchestration. This role bridges the gap between AI, intelligent automation, and customer experience, leading large-scale transformation initiatives to design secure, enterprise-grade ecosystems that eliminate manual bottlenecks, optimize operational efficiency, and elevate business processes across sales, marketing, support, and core operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years dedicated to workflow automation, system integration, or business process engineering
• 3+ years of direct, hands-on technical experience with n8n and Zapier
• Proven track record building and scaling automations within enterprise environments
• Proficiency with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
• Strong programming/scripting capabilities in JavaScript, Python, or Node.js
• Solid grasp of database systems, SQL, and complex data transformation techniques
• Experience navigating CI/CD pipelines, automation deployment, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Elite analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

Mandatory Technical Expertise

• Workflow Automation Platforms: Expert-level, hands-on mastery of n8n, Zapier, and Make (Make.com) (or equivalent orchestration tools)
• API & Data Engineering: Deep expertise in REST APIs, Webhooks, OAuth 2.0, API authentication/integration patterns, Third-party SaaS integrations, and JSON/XML data handling
