As a solutions architect on our team, you'll translate your customer’s IT needs and future goals into a plan by crafting design specifications, statements of work, requirements, scripts, and test cases. Through your leadership, we’ll help transform the way the Intelligence Community uses technology, including cloud migration, integrating advanced technology, and modernizing legacy systems. Responsibilities
- Design and execute test scripts, test plans, and procedures, documenting expected and actual results
- Create and update automated test cases and scripts
- Work with CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins
- Apply test methodologies, software release cycles, test effort estimation, and tracking
- Generate and manage test data
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience testing or developing software applications
- Experience in Linux environments
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- HS diploma or GED
- Ability to obtain a Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification within 6 months of hire date
Skills
- Programming in Java (preferred)
- Testing frameworks such as Selenium or TestNG
- Load or Performance testing, including tools such as JMeter
- Testing Cloud-based architectures
- Agile release methodology
- Backend testing, API testing, UI testing, and DB queries
- Functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, and performance testing
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Pay
The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

Work models include:
- Remote: Primarily virtual, with occasional in-person requirements at a Booz Allen or customer facility.
- Hybrid: Frequent work from a Booz Allen facility, with potential visits to customer sites as needed.
- Onsite: Work primarily performed at a Booz Allen office or customer facility, collaborating directly with colleagues and customers.
Employees working virtually are generally expected to have their cameras on during meetings to support engagement and effective communication.
