Responsibilities
- Maintain the electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic assemblies of sophisticated automation equipment.
- Support the design and implementation of automated manufacturing production lines.
- Integrate automated systems into manufacturing and assembly lines.
- Work with Automation Engineers on capital planning and acquisition projects and supporting implementation and validation of equipment.
- Document mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic alterations and additions to equipment at various stages.
- Work closely with the maintenance group, beyond authoring PMI’s, to collaboratively equip maintenance with the skills vital to maintain factory equipment.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent experience with 2 years engineering / technical experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Technical College Diploma/AAS (2-year) degree from an accredited post-secondary institution preferred.
- Proficient in reading mechanical drawings and electrical schematics including knowledge of redlining schematics for updates.
- Experience in wiring electrical control panels or equipment remote actuators and inputs and outputs as well plumbing equipment, pneumatic or/and hydraulic lines.
- Experience in onboarding and validating new equipment capability prior to introduction to the production floor.
- Ability to troubleshoot, problem solve, diagnose machine and faults or minor issues including PLC/HMI or programming equipment (Allen Bradley, Siemens) and industrial robotics troubleshooting or programming (ABB, Fanuc).

Pay
Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives. Compensation Range: $20.40 - $37.80 Per Hour.
Schedule
This role will consist of three - 12-hour shifts. (Saturday, Sunday and Monday or Friday).
