Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and support PLC, SCADA, HMI, and automation control systems.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automated manufacturing equipment.
- Support system upgrades, commissioning, qualification, and startup activities.
- Absorb changes, handle deviations, implement Corrective Action Preventative Actions (CAPAs), and document activities.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Validation, and Quality teams.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, FDA, and company quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Automation, Instrumentation, or related Engineering field.
- 5+ years of automation or controls experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industry.
- Hands-on experience with PLCs (Allen-Bradley/Siemens), SCADA/HMI, instrumentation, and industrial control systems.
- Experience troubleshooting automated manufacturing equipment and utilities.
- Strong understanding of GMP, change control, and validation practices.
Pay
The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually.
Schedule
The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, with standard business hours.
