We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where there is real specific content. The posting includes POSITION SUMMARY (could be About the role). ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Responsibilities). Then Education, Qualifications, Skills & Abilities (Qualifications/Skills). Also The Würth Difference and Why Würth (benefits). Also mention shift work, weekends, on-call support (Schedule). No explicit Pay. So we should not include Pay section. Benefits: maternity/paternal leave after 1 year, tuition reimbursement after 1 year, health benefits, 401(k), disability, PTO accrued, 10 paid holidays. Also maybe "Proactive supply chain solutions..." is more about company but not benefit to employee? Could be considered benefits but it's more about company offerings. We'll include benefits section with those specific benefits.
Schedule: mention "May require shift work, weekends, or on-call support". Also maybe "Ability to stand..." not schedule. So schedule section with that.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate: EEOC statement, legal, etc. Also remove duplicated lines.
We need to preserve all substantive information. So include POSITION SUMMARY content as About the role paragraph.
Responsibilities: list items from ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES. Should be bullet list.
Qualifications: maybe combine Education, Qualifications, Skills & Abilities. Could split into Qualifications and Skills sections. But we have both headings allowed. We could put Education & Certifications under Qualifications, and Skills under Skills. However the instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine into one Qualifications section that includes education, experience, certifications, knowledge, abilities. But we also have Skills heading allowed. Might be better to have Qualifications (education, experience, certifications) and Skills (technical skills, abilities). Let's see content: "Education, Qualifications, Skills & Abilities" includes bullet-like lines: Associate degree..., 2+ years..., Experience with CMMS..., Knowledge of networked industrial systems..., Certification..., Strong troubleshooting..., Attention to detail..., Ability to work..., Effective communication..., Adaptability..., Working knowledge of: PLCs..., HMIs..., Sensors..., Electrical systems..., Ability to read..., Familiarity with robotics..., May require shift work..., Ability to stand..., Lift..., Ability to climb...
We could split: Qualifications: education, experience, certifications. Skills: technical knowledge and abilities. But shift work and physical demands maybe schedule/requirements. However schedule already covers shift work. Physical demands maybe could be in Requirements? But we don't have a Requirements heading; we could put physical demands under Responsibilities? Not ideal. Could add a Requirements section for physical demands and shift work? But schedule already includes shift work. Physical demands maybe could be under Responsibilities? Not exactly. Could add a "Requirements" section for physical demands and maybe other prerequisites. However the instruction: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it. We have content for physical demands (stand, walk, lift, climb). So we could create a Requirements section for those. But we also have schedule section for shift work. Let's decide: We'll have sections: About the role (POSITION SUMMARY), Responsibilities (essential duties), Qualifications (education, experience, certifications), Skills (technical knowledge and abilities), Benefits (Würth difference and Why Würth benefits), Schedule (shift work, weekends, on-call). Physical demands maybe could go under Requirements but we don't have a Requirements heading? Actually we do have Requirements as allowed heading. So we could add Requirements section for physical demands (stand, walk, lift, climb). That seems appropriate.
Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Schedule, Requirements. Ensure we don't create empty sections.
Now we need to format:
About the role
...
etc. For lists:- ...
