About the Role

- Install, maintain, and repair automated machinery, robotics, and control systems to support safe and efficient production
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with programmable logic controllers, human-machine interfaces, sensors, and electrical systems
- Perform preventive maintenance activities to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability
- Support the design, programming, testing, and commissioning of automation system upgrades and new installations
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, technical drawings, and equipment manuals to support troubleshooting and maintenance
- Respond to equipment breakdowns, partnering with production teams to restore operations quickly and safely
- Identify system inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance performance, safety, and throughput
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and documentation to support compliance and continuous improvement
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Associate degree or technical certification in automation, electrical engineering technology, mechatronics, or a related field
- Two or more years of experience working with industrial automation systems in a manufacturing environment
- Hands-on experience programming and troubleshooting programmable logic controllers (for example, Allen-Bradley or Siemens systems)
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, motor controls, and industrial automation networks
- Foundational knowledge of robotics systems and automated production equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
- Ability to collaborate effectively across maintenance, engineering, and operations teams
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience programming and troubleshooting programmable logic controllers (for example, Allen-Bradley or Siemens systems)
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, motor controls, and industrial automation networks
- Foundational knowledge of robotics systems and automated production equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment

Skills
- Experience working with supervisory control and data acquisition systems and data collection tools
- Familiarity with variable frequency drives and servo motor systems
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as Ethernet Industrial Protocol, Modbus, or Profibus

Salary Ranges: 48,594.00 - 69,420.00 USD
