  • Install, maintain, and repair automated machinery, robotics, and control systems to support safe and efficient production
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with programmable logic controllers, human-machine interfaces, sensors, and electrical systems
  • Perform preventive maintenance activities to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability
  • Support the design, programming, testing, and commissioning of automation system upgrades and new installations
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, technical drawings, and equipment manuals to support troubleshooting and maintenance
  • Respond to equipment breakdowns, partnering with production teams to restore operations quickly and safely
  • Identify system inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance performance, safety, and throughput
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and documentation to support compliance and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Associate degree or technical certification in automation, electrical engineering technology, mechatronics, or a related field
  • Two or more years of experience working with industrial automation systems in a manufacturing environment
  • Hands-on experience programming and troubleshooting programmable logic controllers (for example, Allen-Bradley or Siemens systems)
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, motor controls, and industrial automation networks
  • Foundational knowledge of robotics systems and automated production equipment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across maintenance, engineering, and operations teams

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience programming and troubleshooting programmable logic controllers (for example, Allen-Bradley or Siemens systems)
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, motor controls, and industrial automation networks
  • Foundational knowledge of robotics systems and automated production equipment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across maintenance, engineering, and operations teams

Skills

  • Experience working with supervisory control and data acquisition systems and data collection tools
  • Familiarity with variable frequency drives and servo motor systems
  • Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as Ethernet Industrial Protocol, Modbus, or Profibus

Pay

Salary Ranges: 48,594.00 - 69,420.00 USD
