Responsibilities
- Develop, analyze, and maintain workflows using Power Platform or other low-code automation or RPA software.
- Participates in team projects in planning, scheduling, and work delivery, including completion of timelines and cost estimates.
- Generate departmental reports and use or distribute as needed, include basic database management, as applicable.
- Work closely with the other business units or development teams to ensure the end-to-end solution meets business requirements.
- Participate in testing workflows and processes to review the processes and develop any changes needed to the workflow/process.
- Identify performance improvements in existing workflows and recommend enhancements.
- Support employees of the Bank with any automation/low-code related technical process issues.
- Promote team work to achieve common goals while encouraging individual contributions.
- Maintain and improve workflows by monitoring system performance; identifying and resolving problems; preparing and completing action plans; completing system audits and analyses; managing system and process improvement and quality assurance programs.
- Achieve organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Determine workflow strategies by conducting ongoing needs assessments.
- Contribute information and analysis to assist in organizational strategic plans and reviews.
- Obtain and maintain a working knowledge of regulatory requirements as they relate to safety and soundness, compliance, and operations.
- This position requires a valid Driver’s License.

- Travel for trade and industry schools and seminars as needed.
- This position may require installation of a Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) app on an employee’s personal mobile device.
- Adhere to and comply with all applicable, federal, and state laws, regulations, and guidance, including those related to BSA/AML, as well as adhere to the Bank’s policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned and requested.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED.
- Continuing Education to maintain job knowledge.
- One to three years of banking experience or IT/software/technical experience.
- Administrative experience and/or customer service experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suites.
