Automation Pharmacist

About the role

A Pharmacist in the Central Refill Center contributes to AHF by working in a high-volume, closed-door pharmacy setting. Partnering with state-of-the-art pharmacy automation systems, the Pharmacist plays a central role in accurately verifying and shipping completed orders across the country to pharmacies and patient homes.

The Pharmacist enhances the reputation of AHF by providing valuable contributions to all locations, helping to bring best practices and collaborative ideas, and ensuring consistent application of processes, procedures, and policy throughout the organization. The role also ensures patients receive their medication in an accurate and timely manner. Completing refills at a central location allows other Pharmacists in multiple locations to have more meaningful interactions with patients, leading to better health outcomes.

You will be a passionate advocate for AHF’s top initiatives, ensuring the AHF Core Values and Mission stay top of mind in all tasks. AHF operates in a dynamic environment, adapting quickly to provide the best experience for clients and a positive workplace for employees. The organization has a collaborative structure where staff are accountable to multiple leaders.

All Pharmacists in the AHF Central Refill Center work as part of a large, close-knit team to manage a high-volume pharmacy fulfillment center.

Requirements

• State Pharmacist License and other non-resident licenses as required.
