Duties and Responsibilities
- Diagnose root causes of equipment failures, implement corrective actions, and enhance stability/reliability.
- Lead mechanical system design, drafting, and prototype testing to ensure manufacturability and process compliance.
- Assess technical and cost feasibility of automation options, drive process optimizations to eliminate bottlenecks and boost capacity.
- Gather testing data, produce structured reports to inform decisions, and ensure alignment with customer/quality standards.
- Develop standardized workflows (standard operating procedures), and deliver hands-on training to technical teams to reduce execution gaps and recurring issues.
- Adhere to company policies and Standard Operating Procedures in all operational workflows.
Education and work experience
- Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Design and Manufacturing with Automation, Electrical Engineering with Automation, or related fields.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in maintenance of automated testing equipment.
Location
Modern, collaborative offices or labs with flexible setups emphasizing innovation and teamwork.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in PLC programming, C-language-based control systems, and design tools (CAD/ProE/SW/UG preferred).
- Strong data-driven reporting and presentation skills for technical results.
- Proficient in English is required; working knowledge of Mandarin is preferred but not required. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
