We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have Company Overview, Responsibilities & Qualifications, Position Overview, Responsibilities, Minimum Qualifications, Preferred Qualifications, What We Offer, Location Profile, etc. We need to use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must include sections only when posting has real specific content. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, disclaimer, application instructions. Also we must not include duplicated lines. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to decide which sections to include: About the role (maybe from Position Overview). Responsibilities (list). Requirements/Qualifications (maybe combine Minimum and Preferred). Skills (maybe from Preferred). Benefits (What We Offer). Pay (they mention Competitive pay but no specifics; we should not create Pay section unless posting actually states them. It says "Competitive pay" but that's vague; it's not a specific number or range. The instruction: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. "Competitive pay" is vague but still states they offer competitive pay. Is that considered filler? It's not a specific number but it's a statement. The instruction says never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state "Competitive pay". That is a statement about pay, albeit not specific. I'd argue it's enough to include a Pay section with that statement. However they also say "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Could combine Benefits and Pay? But they want separate headings for Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have Benefits content. We have Pay statement. No schedule info. So we should not create Schedule section. We also need to include Location Profile maybe as a section? Not in the list of allowed headings. The allowed headings are: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we must map content to those headings. Location Profile maybe goes under About the role? Or we could omit it? But we must preserve ALL substantive information; cannot drop location. However we cannot create a heading not in list. We could incorporate location details into About the role section as prose. That seems acceptable. Similarly Company Overview could go into About the role. We need to avoid duplication: there are repeated EEO statements; we must drop them. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. Let's extract substantive content: Company Overview: Novelis is one of the world leaders in aluminum recycling and rolling and a leading sustainable aluminum solutions provider. Driven by our purpose of “shaping a sustainable world together,” we work alongside our customers to provide innovative solutions to the aerospace, automotive, beverage packaging and specialty markets. Headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, Novelis has approximately 13,000 employees in 32 operating facilities on 4 continents. Position Overview: Novelis in Guthrie, KY has an opportunity to participate in our on-site summer 2027 internship. The team is seeking an Automation Engineering Intern that can join the team for approximately 12 weeks. The person in this role will have the opportunity to participate in relevant work and gain hands on industry experience. Responsibilities (list): - Learn about industrial networking and infrastructure, application development, database management, and communication techniques between systems. - Provide support for various Automation Engineering Projects. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of plant MES system and manufacturing process automation systems. - Contribute to scripting interfaces and messaging between MES and sub-systems. - Contribute to maintenance of an automation cluster and application including server, storage, and virtual environment. - Participate in the deployment of O.S. and specific application update on all automation devices. - Application of state-of-the-art technology and techniques to resolve complex engineering problems. - Performs special study programs involving technical data of a complex nature. - Support manufacturing by working closely with the Operations, Engineering and Process Groups. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with SQL programming and relational databases (MS SQL Server, T-SQL preferred) - Experience with object-oriented programming languages and scripting (C# preferred). - Experience with application messaging (MSMQ preferred). - Experience with web development (RESTful APIs, Angular, NodeJS preferred). - Experience in multi-threaded applications development. - Experience with version control (Git preferred) and DevOps (Azure DevOps preferred). - Experience in Windows operating system management and configuration, including user management (AD). - Experience with network management (Cisco preferred). - Experience with virtualization (VMware vSphere preferred). - Experience with OPC (Kepware preferred). - Experience in building client/server applications HMI/SCADA systems (WinCC preferred). - Experience in PLC systems such as Siemens TIA Portal is a plus. What We Offer: - Combined housing and relocation stipend for out of state interns or interns outside an extended radius - Competitive pay - Novelis recognizes its talented and diverse workforce as a key competitive advantage. (This is EEO-ish but maybe part of benefits? It's a statement about workforce; but it's repetitive; we can keep as part of benefits? It's not a benefit per se but it's a statement. Might be considered boilerplate; but it's not exactly EEO disclaimer; it's a statement about valuing workforce. Could keep but maybe drop as it's generic. However we need to preserve substantive info; it's somewhat generic but still part of what they offer. I'd keep it as a bullet maybe. Location Profile: Novelis’ Guthrie facility is located in Guthrie Kentucky approximately 30 minutes from the Tennessee state line near Clarksville Tennessee and Hopkinsville Kentucky. As Novelis’ newest facility Guthrie will house a heat treatment and pretreatment line that will serve the North American automotive market and employ 125 residents. In addition to hunting fishing and hiking residents enjoy the Guthrie Transportation Museum which is the hub of the city’s renewal efforts. The Guthrie team enjoys partnerships with Hopkinsville Community College Todd County High School Guthrie Fire Department and several local Rotary Clubs. We need to incorporate location into About the role. Now we need to decide sections: - About the role: combine Company Overview, Position Overview, Location Profile. - Responsibilities: list as
  • . - Requirements: maybe Minimum Qualifications. - Qualifications: maybe Preferred Qualifications? But we have both Requirements and Qualifications headings allowed. Could use Requirements for Minimum Qualifications, Qualifications for Preferred Qualifications. - Skills: maybe we could put some of the preferred qualifications under Skills, but we already have Qualifications. Might be redundant. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe we combine Requirements and Qualifications into one section? But we have headings for both; we could use Requirements for Minimum, Qualifications for Preferred. That's two sections. - Benefits: What We Offer (housing stipend, competitive pay, maybe workforce statement). Pay: we could separate Competitive pay into its own Pay section. But we already have Benefits section; we could put housing stipend under Benefits, and Competitive pay under Pay. However the instruction says never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does state Competitive pay, so we can have Pay section with that line. Benefits section can have housing stipend and maybe the workforce statement. - Schedule: not mentioned, so omit. Now we need to ensure we don't repeat info. Let's craft. HTML:
