You will be responsible for monitoring equipment performance, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production machinery to ensure optimal performance and quality standards.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on production equipment to prevent downtime and ensure smooth operation.
• Monitor equipment performance and report any issues to supervisors for timely resolution.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated with new technologies and best practices.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

Preferred qualifications include:

• Some college education in a related field.
• Previous experience working with food processing equipment.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.

Pay
