Automation Controls Engineer II (Rockwell/Siemens)

About the role

The Automation Controls Engineer II position at Sinto Industrial is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining control systems using Rockwell and Siemens PLCs. This role requires a strong background in automation engineering and experience with industrial control systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement control systems for manufacturing processes
• Configure and troubleshoot PLCs and HMI systems
• Develop and maintain documentation for control systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system integration

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in automation engineering
• Proficiency with Rockwell and Siemens PLCs and HMI systems
• Experience with industrial control systems and process automation

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Skills

• Proficient in programming languages such as ladder logic, step function, and state diagrams
• Familiarity with SCADA systems and network protocols

Pay

Hourly rate: $20 - $25 USD per hour

Schedule
