Responsibilities
- Assemble, solder, wire, and repair electronic components, subassemblies, and finished products
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and electronic issues
- Test and calibrate products to ensure quality and performance standards are met
- Operate and maintain production and testing equipment
- Verify circuits and components meet engineering specifications
- Support quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience assembling electrical or electronic components
- Knowledge of basic AC and DC electronics
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to report to work at 6:00 AM
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with soldering and electronic testing equipment
- Manufacturing or production assembly experience
- Technical training, certification, or related education

Pay
- Automation and Robotics Assembly Technician 1: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
- Automation and Robotics Assembly Technician 2: $18.50 - $20.50 per hour
- Automation and Robotics Assembly Technician 3: $19.25 - $21.75 per hour
- Automation and Robotics Assembly Technician 4: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Starting level and pay are based on skills, experience, and demonstrated qualifications.
Schedule
- Day shift only
- Monday-Friday
- Current hours: Monday to Thursday 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM; Fridays 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
- No required Saturdays or Sundays
- No rotating shifts
