Responsibilities

• Program & Optimize: Code and modify PLC logic, HMI screens, and industrial communication networks.
• Keep Lines Running: Diagnose and resolve complex electrical, mechanical, and controls issues to hit production targets.
• Launch New Lines: Lead the installation, debugging, and validation of incoming automation machinery.
• Innovate Safety & Performance: Upgrade machine safeguarding, sensors, drives, and servos.

Requirements

• 3+ Years of Experience managing industrial controls in a fast-paced manufacturing facility.
• Strong PLC Toolkit with platforms like Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron, or Schneider.
• Solid Technical Core rooted in electrical schematics, industrial networking, and root-cause analysis.
• Relevant Degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering (or equivalent experience).

Must be drug-free at all times and pass a 7-year clear background.
