Automation Analyst, Financial Solutions

Responsibilities

• Supports customer, vendor, and financial data integrations, conversions, and system migrations.
• Identifies and implements automation opportunities across Finance and Accounting processes.
• PARTNER CLOSELY WITH BUSINESS STAKEHOLDERS TO GATHER REQUIREMENTS AND TRANSLATE THEM INTO AUTOMATION SOLUTIONS.
• Develops dashboards, workflows, and reporting tools that improve decision-making and operational efficiency.
• PERFORMS TESTING, DEPLOYMENT, DOCUMENTATION, AND USER TRAINING FOR AUTOMATION SOLUTIONS.
• ENSURES SOLUTIONS ALIGN WITH INTERNAL CONTROLS, AUDIT REQUIREMENTS, AND GOVERNANCE STANDARDS.
• SERVES AS A SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT FOR FINANCE AUTOMATION TOOLS AND REPORTING SOLUTIONS.
• PERFORMS OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.

Qualifications

• TYPICALLY REQUIRES BS/BA IN A RELATED DISCIPLINE.
• GENUINELY 2-5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN A RELATED FIELD OR MS/MA AND GENERALLY 2-4 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN A RELATED FIELD.
• CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED IN SOME AREAS.
• PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:
• BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN ACCOUNTING, FINANCE, INFORMATION SYSTEMS, OR A RELATED FIELD.
• EXPERIENCE WITH POWER PLATFORM, SQL, POWER BI, ALTRYX, DATABRICKS, OR SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES.
• EXPERIENCE SUPPORTING FINANCE, ACCOUNTING, ERP IMPLEMENTATIONS, OR DATA CONVERSION PROJECTS IS PREFERRED.
• EXPERIENCE IN AUTOMATION, BUSINESS SYSTEMS (ORACLE EBS), DATA ANALYTICS, OR PROCESS IMPROVEMENT.
• STRONG ANALYTICAL, PROBLEM-SOLVING, AND STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT SKILLS.
