About the role

Responsible for providing comprehensive installation and maintenance services to residential and commercial clients in Austin, San Antonio, and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Perform installations and repairs on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and other home improvement projects.
• Maintain equipment and tools necessary for efficient service delivery.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide satisfactory solutions.
• Ensure all work adheres to safety standards and company policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Experience in home improvement or related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in basic HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Skills

• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Basic computer literacy.
• First aid and CPR certification preferred.
