The role involves managing and enhancing the Services provided by NEOGOV, including but not limited to Governmentjobs.com, NEOED.com, and PowerDMS.com. Responsibilities include improving user experience, analyzing data, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and enhance the Services provided by NEOGOV, including but not limited to Governmentjobs.com, NEOED.com, and PowerDMS.com.
  • Analyze data to improve user experience and optimize the Services.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including national security and law enforcement guidelines.
  • Respond to legal requests and enforce legal agreements where applicable.
  • Screen for and prevent undesirable or abusive activity.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in software development or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies and databases.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms like AWS or Azure.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management tools.
