Maintenance and Operations
- Follow all established company policies and procedures.
- Perform all functions of machine operation, setup, and changeover.
- Keep all machines in good working order and provide thorough and clear communication to your supervisor.
- Review process book daily for new quality or process changes and be responsible for any changes or countermeasures put in place.
- When applicable to equipment line, ability to butt weld and load new coils in a safe manner.
- Make tooling adjustments and tooling changes as needed.
- Perform troubleshooting, minor machine and tool repair, and preventative maintenance.
- Absorb responsibility for assisting skilled trades in troubleshooting, machine repair, die repair, and preventative maintenance.
- Absorb responsibility for assisting other automated machine operators with trouble shooting and repairs as needed.
- Maintain accurate and real time production and quality reporting.
- Ensure all equipment logs are filled out and accurate.
- Participate in corrective action or continuous improvement activities when necessary.
- Responsible for reworking product as required.
- Be available to attend future training as deemed necessary for this position.
- Operate a forklift at level 4 or above.
- Perform loading, unloading, and assembly operations as required by the assigned machine.
- Effectively train future individuals given this position.
- Perform other duties as directed by the supervisor or designee.

- Ensure all quality standards are met as required by the process books and inspection instructions.
