Shift: 6:45 am - 5:15pm Monday thru Thursday

Job Duties

• Ability to operate and maintain or be willing to learn to operate autolog system
• Track and document data as needed
• Reports production or workforce problems to supervisor
• Affords assistance with routine maintenance and repairs
• Maintains property, plant, and equipment to support and improve the safe production and performance of operations
• Be a role model for safety
• Promotes a zero-injury safety culture and finds ways to continuously improve safety culture in the workplace
• Stops any observed work activities or conditions that are dangerous, illegal, or against company policy
• Identifies safety issues in the workplace and assumes responsibility to take immediate action to correct or immediately escalate to appropriate level for resolution

Job Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers
• Ability to use calipers and circular saw as well as general knowledge of the Autolog system
• Good attendance
• Safe work habits
• General mechanical ability
• Excellent organizational and teamwork skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient computer skills including MS Office
• Ability and willingness to work core hours to support the needs of our Business
• Must be able to work in a non-temperature-controlled environment
• Must be able to work in a manufacturing setting where dust is generated

Physical Demands

• Push, pull, carry, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Occasional Walking, standing, stretching, bending, climbing, stooping, twisting, reaching, grasping and repetitive movements
• Frequent Talking, hearing, reading, writing, and comprehending English
