Autodesk Construction Cloud Application Specialist

About the Role

As an Autodesk Construction Cloud Application Specialist, you will execute daily support and enhancement activities for Autodesk, including training, reporting, user setup, and application administration. This role requires experience working with cloud software and business process support to troubleshoot issues and deliver reliable solutions. You will work closely with business users, vendors, and internal teams to translate needs into system updates.

Responsibilities

• Trains end users on workflows and processes in software.
• Executes test cases for forms, reports, and dashboards before release.
• Configures Autodesk suite of products to specifications provided by working with the Operations Excellence group.
• Troubleshoots issues in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and escalates to Autodesk support as required.

Requirements

• Experience working in Autodesk products required.
• Construction industry knowledge preferred.

Pay

Salary range: $66,000 - $89,000. The salary range listed reflects a broad scope of potential earnings for this position. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, and internal equity.
