Autocad Technician

Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare engineering designs and drawings from preliminary concepts, sketches
• Design and prepare plans for using computer-aided design and drafting (CADD) software, Civil 3D
• Produce draft designs and diagrams according to the given specifications
• Revise and correct any errors in the drawings or plans
• Ensure all drawings and blueprints are compliant with industry standards and regulations
• Interact with engineers and designers to understand project requirements and deliver accurate draft plans
• Maintain updated knowledge of AutoCAD software, drafting standards, and industry trends
• Review and analyze specifications, sketches, drawings, ideas, and related data to assess factors affecting designs and the procedures and instructions to be followed
