What You'll Be Doing Create and modify AutoCAD drawings for AV integration projectsSupport the design team by developing accurate system layouts and technical documentationInterpret architectural drawings, floor plans, and construction documentsCollaborate with designers, engineers, project managers, and field teams to ensure project accuracyMaintain organized project files and drawing revisions throughout the project lifecycleAssist with multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standardsLearn AV system design concepts, standards, and industry best practices What We're Looking For 1-3 years of AutoCAD drafting experienceStrong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate workAbility to read and understand architectural or engineering drawingsStrong communication and organizational skillsPositive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow professionallyAssociate's Degree, Technical Certificate, or related drafting education preferred Growth Opportunity This position is designed for someone who wants to develop into an AV Designer. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Andover, MA. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
