Autobody Collision Location Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Auto Collision Location Manager to oversee a Chilton Auto Body shop in the San Francisco Bay Area or Marin. The role involves full P&L accountability, safety oversight, revenue productivity, customer satisfaction, and insurance carrier compliance for the location.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily production to meet Estimated Completion Dates (ECDs) and quality control targets.
• Review estimates and supplements for insurance guideline compliance and quality.
• Maintain building, equipment, licensing, permits, and safety standards.
• Oversee P&L, including revenue, margin, overhead targets, and month-end close.
• Coach and mentor technicians and estimators to ensure safety, performance, compliance, and efficiency.
• Utilize CCC One platforms for estimating and management; knowledge of Mitchell or other platforms is a plus.
• Additional duties as assigned or adjusted based on business needs.

Requirements

• Auto body collision repair industry experience is mandatory.
• Ability to blueprint vehicles and create, implement, and manage quality repair plans, including ECDs.
• Experience with CCC One; I-Car and/or ASE certifications are a plus.
• Strong team leadership, performance management, and career development skills.
• Effective communication with teammates, customers, and business partners.
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Willingness to pass a thorough background check.
• Flexible to work an 8-hour shift between 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
