About the role

Auto Tech is a full-service auto repair center with four locations, in McHenry, Crystal Lake, Woodstock, and Huntley. We offer auto repair and service ranging from mileage-dependent maintenance to oil changes, air conditioning repair to vehicle diagnostics and much more. Our skilled professionals have experience with a vast array of makes and models.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair various types of automotive issues
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes and tire rotations
• Handle customer inquiries and provide estimates for services
• Communicate effectively with customers and other team members
• Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• At least one year of related experience in automotive repair
• Knowledge of basic automotive systems and components
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Hours vary by location, but generally range from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Some locations may have additional hours on weekends.
