Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers
• Communicate repair/maintenance recommendations and estimates
• Cook up with technicians and parts suppliers
• Schedule appointments and manage workflow
• Follow up with customers throughout the repair process
• Help grow customer-pay business while supporting internal reconditioning operations

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• Strong Communication Skills
• Ability to Thrive in a Fast-Paced Environment
