About the role

As an Auto Service Writer at Prestige Auto Works in Sacramento, CA, you will play a pivotal role in crafting exceptional customer experiences every Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.

Responsibilities

- Warmly welcome customers and attentively listen to their vehicle concerns. - Translate customer needs into detailed service orders. - Coordinate with skilled technicians to order parts promptly. - Handle customer inquiries efficiently, resolving concerns and leaving them delighted with exceptional service.

Requirements

- At least 5 years of experience as an Auto Service Writer. - Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
