Auto Service Consultant

About the role

Responsible for providing expert automotive advice and service to customers. Conduct diagnostic tests, recommend repairs, and perform maintenance services.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose vehicle issues using diagnostic equipment
• Recommend and perform necessary repairs and maintenance
• Communicate effectively with customers about their vehicles’ needs
• Ensure all work adheres to safety protocols and industry standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• At least 2 years of related automotive experience
• Strong customer service skills

Qualifications

• Knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
