About the role

We are in need of Salespeople to round out our staff as we are getting ready for increased traffic! You have the opportunity to sell 3 of the strongest brands at this time—Ford, Mazda, and Hyundai—and over 200 pre‑owned vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Treat customers great, learn our sales process, and learn the product.
• Bring at least one customer per day (based on 25 working days); you may also generate 2‑3 customers per day on your own or from us.
• Management closes deals at an average 40% conversion rate.
• Performance‑based judgment and compensation.
• Achieve sales volume that translates to earnings (e.g., 25 customers → ~10 units → $56,040/yr; 37 customers → ~15 units → $67,560/yr; 50 customers → ~20 units → $88,080/yr).

Requirements

• Great attitude and a desire to succeed.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office products, CRM software, and consumer marketing websites.
• Experience preferred but not required; a first‑class training program is provided.
• Many sales managers began as salespeople and advanced based on performance.
