About the role
The Biggers Auto Group is a proud 40-year-old dealership serving Elgin and the Chicagoland area, representing Mazda, Chevrolet, and Mitsubishi. Our mission is to provide a 100% transparent sales process without any hidden fees or surprises.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers online, over the phone, and in-store professionally and courteously.
- Understand customer needs and guide them through the buying process transparently and confidently.
- Conduct product presentations and vehicle demonstrations.
- Work with management and finance personnel to ensure a smooth sales experience.
- Follow up with customers and maintain relationships for repeat and referral business.
- Stay current on manufacturer programs, inventory, and incentives.
Requirements
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated individuals with a passion for helping people.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Prior automotive or retail sales experience preferred, but not required — we train the right people!
