Auto Repair Technician

Responsibilities

• Performs approved repairs on vehicles following industry standards and customer requests.
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment, adheres to safety regulations, and reports unsafe conditions.
• Stays up to date on industry trends and repair procedures; attends training.
• Ensures the safety and accuracy of all repairs.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• At least two years’ experience as an automobile technician.
• ASE Certification preferred.

Work Environment

• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, pushing, reaching, lifting, and climbing ladders.
• Exposure to loud noises.

Pay

Average technicians earn between $63,000 - $80,000.
