Auto Parts- Warehouse Worker II

Qualifications

• Excellent attendance and punctuality are required
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to follow instructions and carry out assigned tasks effectively
• Capable of working with minimal supervision
• Commitment to maintaining warehouse safety standards and compliance
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Minimum of three (3) years of warehouse experience required
• Power equipment experience is required

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment to prevent errors and accidents
• Assist with basic customer service needs when necessary
• Complete assigned tasks accurately and within required timeframes
• Prioritize workload effectively with limited supervision
• Navigate various software systems and websites to complete daily operations
• Use handheld scanners and warehouse management software to ensure inventory and shipment accuracy
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Resolve routine issues and escalations within the assigned department
• Communicate professionally and effectively with customers, coworkers, and management
• Assist customers with order pickups
• Process and invoice purchase orders
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Frequently lift and carry items weighing 10–20 pounds
• Ability to bend, reach, climb ladders or steps, and perform physical warehouse activities
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the entire shift
