Auto Parts Delivery Driver (No nights or weekends, No CDL required)

About the role

This position delivers automotive parts along a predetermined route in the Sioux Falls area while providing the highest levels of customer service. The schedule/route starts and finishes every day in Sioux Falls.

Schedule

Monday through Friday (no nights or weekends), working around 8 to 10-hour days, starting at around 5:00 am.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload automotive parts and safely operate a parts delivery vehicle.
• Deliver automotive parts to customers on schedule and in a timely manner.
• Be personable while building and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
• Call on and establish new customer accounts.
• Handle all paperwork with attention to detail.
• Communicate with customers, warehouse team, and other team members to ensure accurate and efficient deliveries.
• Drive safely throughout each workday, obeying all traffic laws and avoiding accidents.
• Work well independently without direct supervision, remaining productive and on task.
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance that represents the company well.
• Lift up to 100 pounds and remain active throughout the workday, including standing, sitting, carrying, lifting, twisting, kneeling, squatting, and other work-related movements.

Requirements

• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• DOT Health Card or the ability to obtain one.

Pay

Annual base salary of $42,000 plus additional incentives for key metrics of guest service, miles driven, and pieces delivered. There is no limit or cap on incentive amounts.
