What You'll Do Answer calls from dealerships and auto manufacturer employees to assist with parts informationProvide directions to part warehouse locations Locate parts in an online parts catalogPlace part ordersIdentify corrections to auto parts catalogsResearch and learn new auto parts so you are on the leading edge of new car parts knowledgeOffer timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations (including phone calls, chats, emails and other communications as needed) while keeping a positive and upbeat attitude Questions Before You Apply?
