Auto Parts Associate

About the Role

At Sunset Automotive Group, we pride ourselves on maintaining a local, family atmosphere while offering our employees the benefits that come with working for an established and growing large dealership group. As a member of our professional Cadillac parts department, you will assist clients and technicians with finding the correct parts for their vehicle. You will need to learn and stay up to date on Cadillac auto parts product information so you can accurately advise people. In this role, you will also assist with shipping and receiving, stocking auto parts, supporting technicians, and learning or expanding your parts counter skills. You'll work closely with an experienced team committed to helping you grow.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients and technicians with finding the correct parts for their vehicle
• Learn and stay up to date on Cadillac auto parts product information
• Assist with shipping and receiving
• Stock auto parts
• Support technicians
• Expand parts counter skills

Requirements

• Previous automotive or parts experience preferred, but not required
• General automotive knowledge required
• Detailed, organized, and able to follow processes
• Dependable with a stable, verifiable work history
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working in a warehouse
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
• Valid driver's license required

Schedule

Full-time, generally Monday-Friday with possible rotating Saturdays.
