Responsibilities
- Conducts analysis of primarily sticker autographs post-quality control before data entry into Cards-in Reporting base
- Completes data entry into Cards-in Reporting, ensuring accuracy and completeness for all athletes
- Effectively communicates with Athlete Partnership teams to create Purchase Orders when autographs are ready to be received in Oracle ERP
- Covers sticker autograph assessments across entire product portfolio and communicates to Brand teams when products are analyzed, identifying sticker autograph available quantities and shortages
- Creates and assigns Auto Numbers to subjects within Oracle ERP
- Completes transactions in Oracle ERP to receive autograph stickers into inventory and subsequently slate to products identified as having shortages for subjects
Requirements
- Dallas / Sunnyvale, TX based
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelors Degree in Business, Analytics, Finance or a relatable field, preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in warehouse or production environments, specifically related to inventory management, preferred
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to sit and focus on a computer screen for extended periods of time, required
- Strong analytical skills, preferred
- Proficient experience with Oracle or equivalent ERP's, strongly preferred
- Proficient experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel, preferred
