Identify concerns requiring an in-person inspection or professional service. Document customer conversations and coordinate follow-up as needed. Qualifications Experience as an auto mechanic, automotive technician, or knowledgeable automotive service advisor. Understanding of vehicle systems, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance. Professional telephone manner and strong customer service skills. Ability to explain technical information clearly and patiently. Basic computer skills and accurate recordkeeping. Reliable internet access and a quiet workspace for customer calls.
