About the role

The Account Specialist in Auto Finance position at Chase Auto is part of the JPMorgan Chase franchise and serves auto dealers, consumers, and vehicle manufacturers. Key responsibilities include interacting with customers to facilitate the application process, making outbound calls to highly interested customers, and providing accurate and timely service.

Responsibilities

  • Interact and provide service to customers for Auto Originations
  • Build rapport and establish customer trust in Chase Auto Lending
  • Control conversations to gather needed information and update Chase systems accurately
  • Convey auto loan decisions to customers
  • Aid customers with changes to the auto loan application and provide next steps
  • Answer general inquiries regarding the auto loan process
  • Take auto loan applications over the phone for ADA customers and adhere to compliance regulations
  • Collaborate with team members and partners to share information and expertise
  • Understand Chase Auto products/services and their advantages
  • Make outbound calls to customers who have applied for auto financing or have been prescreened

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Composure and ability to remain positive and focused during calls
  • Logical problem-solving and independent judgment
  • One year of client/customer service/call center experience

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

  • Previous experience in the auto industry
  • Bilingual Spanish proficiency (a plus)
