Auto Glass Master Technician

This is NOT an entry-level position. We're hiring experienced Auto Glass Master Technicians only. This position is not suitable for Helpers, Apprentices, Detailers, Dispatchers, or General automotive technicians.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on professional auto glass installation experience
• Experience replacing windshields, door glass, back glass, quarter glass, and regulators
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors
• Comfortable using a mobile app on your phone or tablet

Preferred: ADAS recalibration experience, AGRSS or AGSC certification

Location Requirement

Applicants must reside within 30 miles of our secure vehicle pickup location in Queens, NY. This is your daily reporting location and is a condition of employment.

Pay

$25–$30/hour, plus a $200 weekly bonus for completing 20+ orders. Overtime available.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality windshield replacements and repairs
• Install door glass, back glass, quarter glass, vent glass, and regulators
• Complete installations safely and according to company quality standards
• Perform ADAS recalibrations when required
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment
• Deliver outstanding customer service at every appointment
• Complete work orders using our mobile app
