Responsibilities
- Learn to professionally install auto glass in accordance with the AGRSS™ Standard.
- Observe and practice techniques used by experienced technicians.
- Focus on personal safety and providing outstanding customer service during installations.
- Graduate from a four-month tech training program.
- Transition to working independently as an Auto Glass Installer.
- Participate in a lucrative bonus plan based on performance.
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical ability and aptitude.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Ability to complete a background check and MVR/drug screening.
- Capable of lifting and carrying up to 75 pounds.

Pay
Pay Range: $18 - $23 hourly base rate
Pay: hourly base rate or commission pay plan for completed jobs (higher of the two)
Compensation is commensurate with skill, education, and experience.
